her Elevated offers a variety of ways to move throughout the week including Strength & Cardio, Cardio Flow, Strength, Mat Pilates and more. We also have a few amazing instructors who provide yoga and other classes throughout the week.
The best part is the community of women who come together each week to work out, share life, build muscle, and create the wonderful community of her Elevated. Anyone who joins her Elevated group classes becomes an Elevated VIP (EVIP) and is included in a special newsletter that includes monthly gatherings and special events just for our community! These events include hiking, art/craft experiences, spiritual healing events, winery visits, new types of movements, and anything that Elevates your being in/out of the studio!

We will use a variety of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and the cable machine to lift.
We will focus more on low reps, higher weight, time under tension, recruiting our breath/core, and feeling empowered as we go through the week.
Please note: lifting heavy is relative to you - so no pressure to be lifting a certain weight. -
Strength + Cardio is a multi-level fitness class that seamlessly combines total body strength and cardio, using a dynamic mix of movement modalities to challenge your body and elevate your fitness journey. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned athlete, each class is designed to meet you where you're at, helping you build strength, endurance, and confidence.

Mat pilates is a low-impact, full body workout that uses your body weight (plus some modalities) to strengthen your core, sculpt your muscles, and improve strength and mobility.
Group Class Pricing
Allows you to attend one class.
Single Class - $22
Allows you to attend 5 classes over a 3 month period.
5 Class Pass - $100
10 Class Pass - $165
Allows you to attend 10 classes over a 3 month period.
2x/Week Monthly Pass - $125
Allows you to attend class twice a week for a 1 month period.
3x/Week Monthly Pass - $155
Allows you to attend class three times a week for a 1 month period.
