Before her | After her — Sharing the stories of amazing her Elevated clients and their personal words of how attending her Elevated has “Elevated’ their lives…
Rita is here sharing her story with us!

On average, humans make around 35,000 decisions per day—from “what sweet treat should we get today?” to “okay, it’s time to clean that corner of the room I’ve been avoiding.” Whether big or small, I believe every choice you make paves the path you’re meant to walk on.
Wholeheartedly, joining the her Elevated community has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
Before her Elevated, I dabbled in the occasional workout class, never quite fully committing. Whether it was spin, HIIT, or Pilates, I was open to trying them all. I would romanticize the relationship I could have with these different studios—immersing myself in the culture, buying all the merch—essentially love-bombing them with the intention of staying, but inevitably leaving after a couple of months.
April 2026 marks six months of being part of this amazing community—the longest relationship I’ve had with a workout studio (and that says a lot!). My mindset has shifted from limiting to limitless, and I owe that entirely to the incredible instructors I see six to seven times a week. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been—mentally, physically, and emotionally. I’m able to continuously challenge myself each week while still honoring what feels good and aligned for me.
I didn’t realize how much my body could change in such a short amount of time. I see the women in class and feel inspired by them every single day, which, in turn, encourages me to keep going, lift heavier, and push through those cardio days I used to find so intimidating.
Thank you, Katie, for creating such an amazing environment where women can feel safe, strong, and confident. No matter how tired I am, I’ll continue to show up for myself in these classes. I thank my body every single day for what it’s able to do. My strength is built on the foundation of this studio, and for that, I’m eternally grateful.
Rita
